What is a Pre Order and when can I expect to receive my order?

As we are a small fashion label, we are currently only making small quantities of our garments and are driven purely by demand. Therefore when you pre-order your garment, it is still in the process of being made especially for you! Please note that because of this method it does take a little longer to receive your garment- we estimate anywhere between two to six weeks. We would really appreciate if you bear with us on this one! We will email you once you order is on its way.

Where are the garment(s) made?

Every element of our design process has taken place in Melbourne, Australia. From the illustrations and designs that go towards making our prints, to the digital printing of the fabric, to the construction and manufacturing of the garments. We are a proudly Australian made label!


We will do our best to explain the sizing and fitting for each garment on the individual product pages. However, if you are stuck and have questions regarding the sizing, please don't hesitate to get in touch! As we are just starting out, our size range is currently quite limited. We will be expanding the size range over time, so please let us know if we don't have your size and we'll let you know what we can do for you.

Shipping Policy

Shipping around Australia

We offer FREE shipping on all orders in Australia!  All parcels are sent with Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided. Please note smaller parcels such as tote bags, bow ties and silk scarves are sent as letters and tracking numbers are not provided.

International Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $20 AUD for international shipping. We use Australia Post Standard Air Mail and tracking numbers will be provided. Please be aware of any customs or import duties in your country as we are not able to cover this cost. 

It is very unlikely that your parcel should go missing, however if it does, please note that we cannot take any responsibility for this. Please get in touch if this does happen and we will do our best to launch an enquiry to locate the parcel.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Can I return or exchange my garment(s)?

We hope that you will love your new purchase. However, we realise that sometimes things don't work out. Given the nature of our small business, we aren't able to refund garments. However, we will exchange garments for you or alternatively give you store credit to use in the future. Please email us within a week of receiving the garment(s) if this is something you would like to do.  The order must be returned to us by Australia Post with a tracking number provided at the expense of the customer. The garment(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with swing tags still attached.


Exchanges are subject to the stock we have available. Therefore, please get in contact if you wish you to exchange your garment and we will advise whether we have stock on the required size.

What should I do if my item is faulty?

If your item is faulty, please email us and we will advise you of the next steps. We will cover the cost of shipping for faulty items. However, we will not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are faulty due to the failure to follow care instructions.
